MediaBilling Supervise Server
The MediaBilling Supervise Server is aimed at service providers, who use several independent installations of the MediaBilling 2.0 system. The solution was developed for multi-branch businesses, incorporating a distributed network of regional offices, affiliated partners, corporate customers etc. The key purpose of the appliance is interlinking of numerous isolated MediaBilling systems, including unification of subscriber bases, keeping aggregate analytic database and centralizing service & customer management in a branchy telecommunication business.
The Supervise Server holds the top position in the hierarchy of the MediaBilling modules. Initially, the interaction and data interchange with independent MediaBilling installations is fulfilled by the appliance asynchronously and further the data is synchronized with help of the dedicated algorithm. This feature helps to exclude possible negative affects of unreliable connection channels on the work of the module. Aggregate subscriber base is stored by the Supervise Server in its own database (the default package includes Oracle 11G).
